At Spiritbox, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
